What materials do you use to build your cabinets?

Woodsmith’s takes pride in using only the highest-quality, locally sourced materials for our custom cabinets. Our cabinets are primarily constructed using solid wood, with options for various species and finishes to perfectly complement your kitchen or bathroom design.

Do you offer design consultations?

Our dedicated sales team will guide you through as many consultations as needed to ensure your cabinets and furniture are perfect for your home.

What paints and stains are available?

We can finish your cabinet in any Sherwin-Williams paint or stain, plus the option to custom match existing colors in your home. Please note which wood types are better suited for paint or stain.

How do I place an order?

After completing the design process, our sales team will provide a quote and blueprints for your custom furniture. If satisfactory, you may pay a small deposit and your salesman will submit the order for construction. 6-10 weeks from design submission, your cabinets will be delivered to your home and installed by professionals at no extra cost.

How long does it take to receive my custom cabinet order?

Depending on the complexity of your custom cabinet design, the production and delivery timeline can vary. On average, you can expect to receive your order within 6-8 weeks from the date of your initial consultation with our design team. We’ll provide you with a detailed timeline once your order is placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

Woodsmith’s accepts checks, bankcards, and the ability to create charge accounts.

What is your delivery process?

When your cabinets near completion, we will contact you to schedule the best time to deliver your cabinets. To ensure no damage, your product is wrapped and packed at our facility before we deliver directly inside the home at no extra charge. Our delivery process is white-glove delivery – every cabinet is hand-wrapped in its own blanket, and are only handled 1 time from the truck to your kitchen.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Our products have warranties at no additional cost to you.
